I haven’t received an order confirmation email from you

It may be in your Spam folder.

May I cancel my order or my shipping address or order information after I’ve placed it?

Yes, you may. It depends on how much time has passed since your order was placed. Normally we can cancel or change an order within 24 hours.

The earlier you contact us, the more of a chance you have.

What payment methods do you support?

We only accept payments via PayPal, Stripe and some cryptocurrencies. This is subject to change because we’re in beta testing. As for April 2019, we accept payments via Stripe only.

How secure is it to make a payment on the website via PayPal?

It’s secure because you don’t make a payment on this website. Instead you’re redirected to PayPal.com where you make it.

How secure is it to make a payment on this website via Stripe?

It’s secure because you make a payment via the standard popup payment dialog of Stripe. We don’t capture the details of your bank card and don’t have access to these after a payment has been made. In the dashboard of Stripe the last 4 digits of your card only are visible.

What cryptocurrencies do you support?

Bitcoin, Monero, Ethereum, Litecoin. The list is subject to change.

How fast do you begin fulfilling an order?

Within around 12-48 hours after a payment has been received and confirmed.

I’ve paid but the status of my payment in your system hasn’t changed to “Paid” yet

That’s normal and due to one of a few reasons. At the moment it’s partially automated, not completely. It can a few hours as we manually go through the payments and verify them. This doesn’t affect the time it takes us to begin fulfilling your order.

Also some payment methods take some time to get confirmed and released to our account. Namely, even after we’ve seen your payment, it still can take some time for a payment system to release it to our account. For instance, in Payoneer a payment can be received as fast as in a few minutes. However, to actually reach our account as a confirmed one, it can take a few, up to 48 hours.

Do you have international shipping?

Yes, we do.

Can I check the status of my order? If yes, how?

Yes, you can. When you make an order, you’re given a link for your order. Alternatively, you may email us with the id of your order.

Do you support Facebook Messenger or other channels notifications about an order?

No. We’ll support it in the future.

Will I have to pay any taxes when I receive my order?

You may have to pay or not, that’ll depend on the laws of your country. Suppose, your order is 500 USD and the law of your country allows the maximum of 600 USD of goods to be imported without taxes. Then you won’t have to pay taxes for your order. Or, if your order is over 600 USD, then you’ll have to pay taxes.

Note that such taxes for imported purchases are common and normal. It’ll be your responsibility to deal with them.

As of now, no. In the future there’ll be added.

If I really needed a faster shipping option for my order, would it be possible?

Yes. Email us, we’ll choose a faster shipping option manually on the backend and tell you the price. It’s this way because it’s unavaible to public yet and it’s got dynamic pricing.
